At ESKAPE Lifestyle, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy is simple and clear:
Check your product upon delivery. Customers must inspect the product during delivery. Returns are only eligible if:
- The size delivered is different from the size you ordered.
- There is a physical defect in the product.
Any issues must be reported while the delivery person is still present. Once the delivery is complete, no return requests will be accepted.
Refunds
If a return is approved under the conditions mentioned above:
- A full refund will be processed.
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your original method of payment.
Important Notes
- Returns are not accepted for reasons other than incorrect size or physical defects.
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds for sale items.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
